Hi everyone! I'm a feminist philosopher of science who just arrived in Cambridge as a post-doc. I'm really excited about this reading group and am so grateful to London and Myesha for organizing. I am not a member of any indigenous groups but some of my research has focused on indigenous methodologies, particularly around what it means to engage in "community-based research". Also as a side note, I saw in her introduction that Myesha's father's family is Haliwa-Saponi. When I was an undergraduate student at UNC Chapel Hill I ended up working with some members of the Haliwa-Saponi and visited them in Hollister, NC. Small world! p.s. Unfortunately I will have to miss the first couple of sessions but excited to join after!
